Cancellation/Refund Policy

All purchases of artificial turf materials are final and not eligible for a refund. For installations, you have 3 days after contract approval to cancel without penalty. Change orders may result in additional charges, which will be disclosed and approved before work is performed.

Installation services are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled as necessary. TURF PRO will provide reasonable notice of any scheduling changes.

TURF PRO provides artificial turf installation services throughout Los Angeles County and select surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location. Please contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
